About Justine

Naturopath, Nutritionist, Herbalist & Registered Nurse based in the Hunter Valley of New South Wales.

I’ve always had a passion for helping, healing, the medicine of plants & nature. Growing up as a child I would play in my Mum’s beautiful garden, picking plants and flowers and mixing them together to make potions for my imaginary patients. My Dad was a dairy & beef cattle farmer, so I grew up connected to the land & food.

Fast forward to today and I bring the experience, knowledge and balance of twenty-eight years of experience as a Registered Nurse with post graduate qualifications in critical care nursing (emergency), radiology, medical, surgical nursing and community post-acute care, with eight years of naturopathy, nutritional medicine, western herbal medicine & previous yoga teaching experience.

I’m also a qualified Metabolic Balance® Coach, Emotional Release Technique™ or ERT practitioner and a Vitae Mosaic functional medicine practitioner.

My background and experience means that I will not take risks with your health. And if I am not able to support you, I will recommend you to someone who can.

My belief is that good health is the natural state of balance that we are all able to achieve and that health and wellness come from good nutrition, adequate water intake, connecting with nature, purposeful movement, quality relationships, balanced emotions and self-love.

My goal is for you to live your best life. Naturally.
