I am a Naturopath, Nutritionist, Herbalist & Registered Nurse based in the Hunter Valley of New South Wales.
I help busy women to let go of excess weight, balance their hormones and increase their energy, so they can feel vibrant, centred & confident.
My belief is that good health is the natural state of balance that we are all able to achieve.
“A healer does not heal us, instead they merely show us the obstacles to our own healing” and that health and wellness come from good nutrition, adequate water intake, connecting with nature, purposeful movement, quality relationships, balanced emotions and self-love.
